Who makes Voymark
Voymark is created by Florentin Badea and published by Outside Software SRL, a software company registered in Romania. The same team builds both apps, for iPhone and for Android, and the two read and write one backup format, so a passport moves between them in either direction. The app carries no ads and needs no account.
Why it exists
It started with a simple question — how many countries have I actually been to? — and the discovery that the honest answer was already in the photo library, in the dates and places the camera writes into every picture. Voymark reads those on the phone and rebuilds the trips. It is built as a passport, not a social network: there is no feed, no follower count and no ranking, only your own record, counted the way you choose — 197 countries, 193 UN members, or all 250 countries and territories.
How Voymark treats your data
Your travel record stays in the app's own storage on your phone. There is no Voymark account and no server that holds your trips, and photos are read on the device and never uploaded. The one exception is optional: anonymous usage statistics and crash reports, sent only if you switch them on, and you can switch them off at any time. The privacy policy says exactly what is collected and why, and Delete your data explains how to remove all of it.
